Oceania Aviation Group acquires Flightline and Skysales New Zealand

The directors of the Oceania Aviation Group (OAG) of companies are pleased to announce the acquisition of Flightline Aviation and Skysales, and bring them in under the Oceania Aviation Group banner. With the acquisitions, OAG becomes one of the largest general aviation, sales, maintenance and repair organizations in New Zealand.
 
Director and co-founder Josh Camp reported, “Staff will grow to over 170 employees through 10 facilities in the North and South Islands of New Zealand. OAG now includes Oceania Aviation, Flightline Aviation, Skysales,  Aeromotive, Oceania Leasing, Engine components, and Airborne Systems with bases at Auckland, Hamilton, Ohakea, Timaru, Christchurch, Queenstown and Dunedin.
“We look forward to continuing to provide high quality products and services to our customers,” continued Camp. “The Group has a very capable and experienced team and we are proud to be representing many high quality OEMs and brands, including Cessna, MD Helicopter, Robinson Helicopter, Sikorsky light global Helicopter, Lycoming, HTC etc.”
 
The OAG Directors are optimistic for the future of the group as they consolidate the New Zealand operation and continue expansion into Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Islands.
