Heli-One, a leading provider of helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, has been contracted to provide Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) services for Kolporter, a European operator with a B407 aircraft. The services provided include a dedicated team, technical log management and a tailored maintenance program with a digital customer portal. Kolporter will benefit from Heli-One’s expertise in full cycle maintenance and personnel to optimize long term maintenance planning to extract full value of the aircraft.
Kolporter, who has been operating aircraft for 20 years, required a CAMO provider that would be understanding and flexible to their unique needs, on top of being fully certified, with a proven track record of aircraft maintenance and planning. Heli-One provided a tailored solution including a user-friendly Aircraft Technical Log leveraging Heli-One’s state-of-the-art maintenance management software system with remote digital access for Kolporter.
Heli-One utilized decades of flight and maintenance planning data to develop a customer-centric solution with budget predictability and flexibility in mind. This allows Kolporter to better forecast budget spending to align with operational needs.
