Cadorath, a long-established supplier of Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 single part repair and overhaul, has announced that, in partnership with Rolls-Royce, they have added complete assembly repair and overhaul support for the M250 and RR300 series of turbine engines and modules.

The Rolls-Royce RR300 was developed as a derivative of the M250 turboshaft engine, and has been powering the R66 helicopter for nearly a decade. Rolls-Royce Photo

Cadorath has been named an authorized maintenance, repair and overhaul center (AMROC) as part of the Rolls-Royce FIRST Network. Cadorath became an authorized repair facility (ARF) to perform single part repair in 2003, adding a second location in Broussard, Louisiana, in 2008, and will continue to offer these repair services in support of the Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 turbine engine lines for the entire FIRST Network.

Commenting on the AMROC designation, Gerry Cadorath, president of Cadorath, said: “We have a long history of support for M250 and RR300 operators around the world. The addition of these services reaffirms our commitment to these operators with our newly added capabilities and capacities.”

“When we made the decision to become an AMROC, we started by assembling a team of highly skilled and experienced individuals, many of whom began as customers. In addition, we continued to invest in large critical inventories of detail parts and complete engines and modules to support operators of the RR300 and M250. We are excited to bring our 30-plus years of experience to this market,” added David Haines – COO, of Cadorath.

“Rolls-Royce is excited and pleased with our enhanced partnership with Cadorath in the FIRST Network. The added capability and capacity within the network will go to serve the operators with more choices and competitiveness as the fleet of engines continues to grow worldwide. Cadorath has always been an excellent quality driven authorized repair facility (ARF) and we are looking forward to their now more complete offering to the market with their new authorized maintenance, repair and overhaul facility,” concluded David Brulotte, FIRST Network maintenance, repair and overhaul manager at Rolls-Royce.

The AMROC is located at Cadorath Aerospace Lafayette, located in Broussard, Louisiana.

Complete with repair and overhaul, modifications, upgrades and test cell capabilities, this facility will also undergo major expansion to ensure the ability to meet customers’ future growth needs.

As always, Cadorath will continue to invest in extensive inventories, innovative technology, and people to ensure it keeps its promise of MOREUPTIME to their customers.
