Flightcell has announced v2track as a new and approved airtime and tracking provider for its Flightcell DZMx.

The Flightcell DZMx is an all-in-one cellular and satellite voice, data, and tracking system whereby the operator can choose their own tracking and airtime provider.

The Flightcell DZMx will integrate with v2track Viewer — a feature-rich cloud-based tracking and asset management platform, giving operators the ability to monitor their assets in real time and to retrieve flight data post flight at any later date if required.

V2track Viewer is aviation focused and includes many features including advanced messaging, forms, 3D Playback, animated weather overlay, engine data monitoring, status boards and custom reports.

“Integrating Flightcell’s DZMx and v2track’s cloud-based platform is an exciting proposition — the complimentary pairing will provide benefits to rotorcraft and smaller fixed wing aircraft operators, especially given both companies operate in the same industries,” said John Wyllie, CEO of Flightcell.

“A quality product like the Flightcell DZMx deserves to be fully supported,” said Kylan Diprose, co-founder and director, v2track.

“It is the perfect complement to the v2track Viewer cloud-based software, and we have taken the time to integrate the full Flightcell DZMx feature-set into the platform. We are fortunate to have staff in our team who have over a decade of experience with the Flightcell DZMx, enabling us to provide knowledgeable level 1 and 2 technical support for the product.

“We look forward to a continued close relationship with Flightcell.”
