Whirly-Girls International announces 2021 scholarship recipients

The Whirly-Girls Scholarship Fund has announced the recipients of the 2021 Whirly-Girls Scholarship Awards. The scholarships will be awarded March 20, 2021 at the Whirly-Girls Virtual Awards Banquet. Thanks to the support of aviation leaders, 10 scholarships were bestowed upon 13 deserving female aviators, with a total value of over $90,000.

The Whirly-Girls extend their heartfelt gratitude to the sponsors for their support in these unprecedented times.

The Whirly-Girls Scholarship Fund Inc., is a non-profit, educational, and charitable organization dedicated to advancing women in the helicopter aviation industry. The organization was incorporated to oversee and administer the scholarship funds raised by the Whirly-Girls and their Associates. Incorporated in 1974, the scholarship program has grown from a single $500 scholarship to a wide range of training and development scholarships valued today in excess of $90,000.
