Van Winter named VP of marketing and aftermarket sales at Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics and True Blue Power

Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics and True Blue Power  announced the promotion of Van Winter to vice president of marketing and aftermarket sales.

In this role, Winter will drive new product development and company growth through in-depth market analysis and opportunity assessments. He will foster customer relationships and lead the strategic planning and business development of aftermarket sales, service, and distribution.

“As our company grows to meet industry demands with significant expansion, strong leaders like Van will propel the success of True Blue Power and Mid-Continent,” said Todd Winter, president and CEO. “Like our products, we are energized and ready to deliver high technology in all aviation, commercial, and privatized space market segments.”

Van Winter joined the company in 2012 serving as legal contract administrator and advanced to True Blue Power account manager, market development manager, and his most recent role of director of aftermarket sales and support.

Winter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Active in his community, Winter is an alumnus of the Leadership Kansas class of 2020, the Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class of 2022, and a member of the Wichita Aero Club.
