Uniflight Global configures Mercy Flight’s growing fleet

Uniflight Global has finalized completions and configurations for the new Mercy Flight fleet. The fleet includes three new Bell 429 helicopters.

The mission of Mercy Flight, based in Buffalo, New York, is to provide emergency and non-emergency air medical transport services. With over 36 years of experience, Mercy Flight provides services to New York, Pennsylvania, parts of Canada, and the surrounding region. It has successfully and safely completed over 26,000 patient missions.

Jeff Holt, Uniflight Global’s business development manager, said: “We at Uniflight Global were very pleased to be able to build on our longstanding relationship with Mercy Flight, and to support the very important mission that they perform through the completion and configuration of their three Bell 429 helicopters. Our West Penn facility looks forward to continuing to provide the necessary maintenance, repair and overhaul as well as completion and customizing services that Mercy Flight’s growing fleet will continue to require for many years to come.”
