TransFueler Aviation and its parent company, Quality Fuel Trailer and Tank Inc. (QFT&T), are being acquired by their long-time primary manufacturer.
Superior Storage Tank and Trailer of La Mirada, California, will assume ownership and control on March 1, 2024.
This is the culmination of a 17-year working relationship between the two companies. QFT&T employees will continue, working for Superior in similar roles.
QFT&T CEO Edward Dunn will advise the new combined group, and continue to focus on sales. Superior CEO/Owner Tim Henderson will head the team.
