“We have been coordinating with Burner Express Air to provide Burning Man attendees with more transportation options,” said Bryan Kroten, vice president of marketing at Maverick Helicopters. “We’re excited to expand our special events operations and provide safe and fast helicopter transfers to The Playa.”

The expedited, 40-minute flight offers Burners a commute to and from Black Rock Desert and Reno, Nevada.

Maverick Helicopters operates quiet technology Airbus EC130/H130 ECO-Star helicopters and holds the top safety record of any tourism-based aviation company in the world.

Flights are currently on sale. Helicopter transfers are available via private charter only and start at $4,250 for up to six people for a one-way flight.
