Exhibitor and booth space for the second annual Vertical MRO (VMRO) Conference in Kelowna, British Columbia, is officially sold out, offering attendees a full complement of maintenance-focused vendors to visit between educational sessions.
“Selling out our conference booth space nine months before the show is an exceptional testament to the value exhibitors put on the Vertical MRO Conference as a highly targeted opportunity to connect directly with maintenance professionals and MRO decision-makers,” said Linda Reyno, co-owner of VMRO and MHM Publishing. “It highlights both the strength of the helicopter MRO sector and the appetite for meaningful, in-person collaboration.”
The strong demand for exhibitor space underscores the growing importance of the Vertical MRO Conference as a premier gathering for rotorcraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) professionals, suppliers, regulators, and operators from around the globe.
Following two successful conferences in 2025, the 2026 editions will once again feature comprehensive technical programs, expert-led presentations, and panel discussions addressing the latest challenges and innovations in helicopter maintenance and support. Both conferences will also welcome helicopter maintenance students and apprentices free of charge, creating opportunities to connect with mentors and potential employers.

For companies and organizations who are passionate about supporting the future of rotorcraft maintenance, Vertical MRO is still offering sponsorship opportunities for both the Kelowna and Irving conferences. The 2026 Exhibitor & Sponsor Prospectus is available for Kelowna here, and Irving here.
