This award is given to individuals and organizations that have made a significant and outstanding contribution to aviation safety in Canada.
Established in 1988, the Transport Canada Aviation Safety Award was presented annually until 2014 before being relaunched in 2021. It recognizes those who have demonstrated leadership and innovation in promoting a strong safety culture in the aviation industry.
Chinook’s dedication to safety in flight training, maintenance, and operations has set a new benchmark for flight schools nationwide.
