Avio-Diepen, one of the leading independent distributors in the aerospace industry, has acquired assets and the trade & inventory sales activities of Schreiner & Co B.V., currently named Heli-One (Netherlands) B.V.
The transaction is based on the complementary fit of these activities and Avio Diepen’s activities..
