Canadian Helicopters Income Fund Declares Monthly Distribution

Canadian Helicopters Income Fund (the “Fund”) (TSX: CHL.UN) announced today its monthly distribution of $0.091875 per unit covering the period of December 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009, will be paid on January 15, 2010 to unitholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2009.
