Job Requirements

Must have valid US FAA Commercial Rotor Craft Pilot Certificate  Current 2nd Class Medical Minimum of 2500 hours PIC Helicopter experience Minimum 400+ hours Vertical Reference (Long Line) (recent) Minimum 1500 hours of PIC Mountain Time Proficient in Vertical Reference, up to 150 ft line English proficient Preference will be given to previous USFS carded UH-60 Pilots Compensation: Excellent Compensation Full-Time Salary Position Full Benefits Package

Job Description

Vertical Reference ( Long Line) lift work
Crew transport
Power line patrol
Wildland Fire Suppression
And various other mountain helicopter operations.

Central Copters, Inc. is an FAA approved Air Carrier (FAR Part 135), Certified External Load Operator (FAR Part 133), and contracted with the USFS for Wildland Fire Suppression.  We are accepting resumes including a cover letter for an Experienced Full-Time Utility Helicopter Pilot. Position requires 2500 hours PIC Helicopter experience with emphasis on precision long line skills. We are based in Belgrade, MT and our primary operation is Wildland Fire Suppression.
