UH-60 Program Manager

The Maintenance Program Supervisor position directs daily activities of Maintenance operations and facilities to ensure activities are accomplished in accordance with company and federal requirements. This includes administering workload, personnel issues, tooling, parts and facility management. Industry competitive pay and benefits with profit sharing, overtime, travel, lodging, and per diem. We are an EOE company. Starting hourly pay is based upon position and experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES#8232;Responsible to direct daily activities of Base Maintenance operations and facilities to ensure activities are accomplished in accordance with company and federal rules and regulations#8232;Manage Mechanics and Maintenance Programs Coordinate all resources as necessary to accomplish the existing or anticipated work load during all days and hours of operations#8232;Assist in interviews of potential employees and coordinate new hire process and orientation with HR#8232;Coordinate training with the Director of Maintenance #8232;Coordinate any relocation/TDY assignments#8232;Conduct daily and/or monthly meetings as necessary with maintenance crew per DOM instruction#8232;Conduct disciplinary meetings with employees as required or as necessary#8232;Communicate with Airport Authorities as required#8232;Responsible for Hangar and ground equipment maintenance including the upkeep of all maintenance department vehicles#8232;Responsible for ordering shop and office supplies and maintaining proper inventories of these items#8232;Communicate with DOM for aircraft status reports#8232;Audits manual system for correct revisionsMonitor workmanship, materials and associated documentation#8232;Work with Inventory Control Manager to ensure proper inventory control for baseCoordinate Component core returns with Parts Department#8232;Coordinate and comply with EPA, OSHA, and Health Department#8232;RequirementsAdditional duties as assignedAid in creation and maintaining training modulesOrientation and OJT for new hires
