Job Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years Relevant Experience Preferred. Background in Aviation preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting, multi-task, and accurately under pressure Detail orientated Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Ability to lift and/or move boxes up to 30 pounds. Job Description
Reports To: Asset Manager
CHI Aviation is seeking a Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Control Clerk to join the team. The successful candidate is responsible for all incoming and outgoing materials as well as documentation and inventory of all materials.
Shipping
Maintain International and Domestic Shipping
Create documents and source correct export information
Process and track Fed Ex and UPS shipments, airline freight, and AOG shipping
Counter-to-counter Hazmat shipping ndash; IATA Certified
Receiving
Receive incoming products and materials
Create in-house tags
Work with the receiving inspector to confirm parts are certified
Inventory Control
Prepare bin boxes, label and put them away in the proper sequence
Maintain computer inventory
General housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of inventory areas
