QA Supervisor or Inspector- Multiple Positions Available- Fast Growing Company

Force Aviation is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Quality Assurance Supervisor or Inspector. Overall, this position will be responsible for managing, training and directing work in the Quality Assurance (QA) Department. This position will work closely with our maintenance and avionics departments to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures and policies. Ensure the QA Department delivers efficient high-quality work with safety being the uncompromising priority.
RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES

Ensure that Inspection personnel are trained, proficient, qualified, and authorized to perform their assigned tasks, including completing the Training Needs Assessment for each employee.
Conduct an annual review of the Training Program to ensure the program is still current.
Maintain audit schedules, results and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, operating procedures, and the FAA-Approved procedures as outlined in the Repair Station Manual and Company SOPrsquo;s.
Implement, maintain, and enforce the processes and procedures to ensure all receiving, preliminary, hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections of articles undergoing maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alteration are performed in accordance with the applicable data.
Review work orders to ensure that all inspections have been properly performed on all completed work and that the proper inspection records, reports, and forms used by the Repair Station were properly executed prior to releasing the product for return to service.
Ensure that Airworthiness Directives are reviewed for applicability and compliance.
File reports on serious failures, malfunctions, or defects in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure the highest quality service, safety standards and performance, with the objective of exceeding customer satisfaction in the delivery of airworthy, reliable and clean aircraft, in a timely manner.
Ensure work schedule is in line with established project plan for each aircraft to be serviced in accordance with the Workscope and respective timeline.
Work closely with Inspectors in order to prevent time wastage due to unnecessary delays, interruptions and duplicate work.
Manage planning and development of quality standards, methods and procedures used by the Repair Station.
