Quality Inspector

Description:Our Client is currently looking for a Quality Inspector for their Philadelphia, PA Location. This position is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality for Part 145 operations and reports directly to the Quality Manager (John Kix). The Quality Inspector will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards/requirements and that all maintenance work is performed to excellent standards. MUST HAVES:-5 years returning part 135 air carrier to service, 5 years OEM, 5 years Rotorcraft industry preferred-Must have Civilian Heli Experience-Able to understand, Read and Write English. -Be certificated under CRF part 65.-Previous Quality Assurance experience preferred.-Previous CFR Part 145 experience also preferred.Skills: “continuous improvment” AS9100,AS9110, A P Mechanic, quality inspection, helicopter, AW139, AW119, AW109, Bell 412, Bell 427, EC145, EC135, AS350, S92, S76, MD500, maintenance repair, Maintenance, inspection, quality control, quality assurance, FAA Manuals, faa repair station, airframe powerplant licenseTop Skills Details:”continuous improvment” AS9100, AS9110Additional Skills Qualifications:Education Experience#8226; Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Specialized Technology (Aviation) and five to eight years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience#8226; 5 years returning part 135 air carrier to service, 5 years OEM, 5 years Rotorcraft industry preferred#8226; Airbus AS350, Bell 505/412, Leonardo 109/119,AW139,#8226; Able to understand, Read and Write English.
