The Bell Product Support Engineering (PSE) team delivers comprehensive technical assistance to Bell aircraft owners, operators, and maintainers worldwide. Their expertise ensures safe and efficient aircraft maintenance and operation. In addition to supporting external customers, the PSE team collaborates with various internal departments, offering technical guidance and sharing customer feedback to drive product improvements. They actively disseminate technical updates through industry conferences and, when necessary, provide onsite support to address specific needs.
Summary of job description
- Respond to and manage incoming customer calls and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Interpret, transfer, and address customer requests using computer programs, technical publications, and other support tools.
- Adhere to department operating procedures to deliver exceptional front-line customer service.
- Provide constructive feedback on daily operating procedures and recommend revisions to enhance department objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with various departments within Bell to ensure customers receive optimal solutions and services.
- Develop and execute inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul functions for Bell helicopters in alignment with industry-leading standards.
- Represent Bell Textron Canada at conferences and special events, showcasing professionalism and technical expertise.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external customers to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Minimum required qualifications
- College Degree in Aerospace
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence or International Equivalencies
- Experience according to license:
- M or S : Field experience and/or expertise in helicopter operation is required
- E : Experience on aircraft electrical/avionic systems is required.
- Working knowledge of domestic and / or international governing aviation agencies
- Ability to interpret engineering design drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office, and aptitude for proficiency in other software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of french is required. All other language is an asset.
- Team player and maintains good relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability to meet customer needs.
- Available to travel outside the country approximatively 5%.
