Job Description

About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled upholstery technician with strong patterning and sewing ability to join our aircraft interior team. This is precision work — tight tolerances, high-end materials, and zero room for shortcuts.If you’ve worked in aviation interiors, automotive upholstery, marine, or high-end furniture, this will translate well.
Responsibilities

Pattern, cut, and sew aircraft interior components (seats, panels, sidewalls, etc.)
Interpret templates, drawings, and existing covers
Work with leather, vinyl, foam, and specialty materials
Maintain tight quality standards and clean finishes
Collaborate with technicians and installers on final fitment
Meet production deadlines without sacrificing craftsmanship
