Dynamic Component Repair Shop Manager

Airbus Helicopters, in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking a Manager for the Dynamic Component Repair Shop (DCR). In this challenging but rewarding role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the DCR shop to ensure safe maintenance operations and compliance with all company, FAA and governmental safety rules and regulations, including the aircraft airworthiness. You will also be accountable for DCR P&L, in charge to launch recovery action, business development action and commercial policy set-up in order to match with P&L expectations. You will also improve & maintain an optimized customer interface.

Ideal candidates for this role will have the following:

  • 8+ years of supervisory/upper-management experience, preferably in the rotor wing industry
  • Experience working in an MRO
  • Lean experience / Green or Black Belt certification highly desired
  • Exceptional business skills
  • Airbus Helicopter experience highly preferred
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Technical Support Senior Director

Airbus Helicopters, in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking Technical Support Senior Director. In this challenging and multi-faceted role, you will propose regional Technical Support Strategy in close coordination with the VP of Customer Support. You’ll also organize, develop and implement the Technical Support and Technical Publication organization policies and procedures for fulfilling company objectives regarding Technical Support in the region. In addition, you will conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to keep current on individual efforts and build development plans for employee improvement and career planning.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills, experience and education:

  • Hold a current FAA A&P Certificate
  • Ten or more years of experience in Rotorcraft Maintenance, Safety and Support related fields
  • BS degree in mechanical, electrical or aeronautical engineering or equivalent work experience                                                                 
  • Broad knowledge of Helicopter Maintenance Management, Nomenclature and Aerodynamics
  • Budgeting knowledge and experience
  • Airbus product knowledge
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer
