Job Description
Responsible for a full range of licensing and compliance duties including completing, filing, and maintaining a variety of company licenses.
The Compliance clerk assists the companyrsquo;s compliance team with clerical tasks, such as data entry, bookkeeping, and compliance monitoring.
The Compliance Clerk will assist with processing and distributing compliance documentation as needed.
This role will also coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for department managers and work under the supervision of the manager in charge of compliance.
This position requires an in-depth understanding of HR practices, payroll, and industry regulations. candidates should have excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Must be in Microsoft Suite and be familiar with general-purpose compliance tools like ADP and Federal and State employer portals.
The ability to create accurate on-demand reports is essential to succeed in this role as well as prior experience working as a Compliance Assistant or a similar role.
Job Duties
Revise sections of the compliance programs according to changing laws, regulations, and policies
Identify gaps and errors in business documents and ensure timely submission of compliance reports
Help the manager in charge of compliance policy management by scheduling compliance training sessions
Provide email support by coordinating communications between the company and regulatory authorities
Prepare and submit compliance reports regarding technical, security, financial, and operational procedures
Manage the compliance audit calendar, review audit trails, and prepare the necessary paperwork for external auditors Requirements
